本文就地方语言的特征、相对性、动能及其社会意义作了简要介绍，并以黑人地方英语及其他典型实例对地方语言这一语言变体的各个方面进行讨论，最后得出结论：地方语言不应看作是次标准的或离格的或蹩脚的语言，它在社会语言学这一领域内应占有一席之地。
In this paper, we briefly introduce the features, relativity, kinetic energy and social significance of local languages. We discuss all aspects of the local language variant with black local English and other typical examples. Finally, we conclude that local languages It should not be regarded as sub-standard or off-language or crappy language, and it should have a place in the field of sociolinguistics.
