该文采用荧光光谱法并用溴化乙锭(EB)作为荧光探针研究了道诺霉素(DRN) 与DNA相互作用的方式。结果表明:DRN 的生色团能够嵌入ds DNA 双螺旋结构的碱基对之间,DRN 与DNA 的主要作用位点是碱基G、C;DRN 插入ds DNA 碱其对中,不会破坏碱基对中氢键,不会影响DNA 的复性;DNA 与ss DNA 仅仅存在弱的相互作用
In this paper, the interaction between daunorubicin (DRN) and DNA was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy and using ethidium bromide (EB) as a fluorescent probe. The results showed that the chromophore of DRN can intercalate between the base pairs of ds DNA double helix. The main sites of DRN and DNA are bases G and C. The insertion of dsDNA into DRN will not damage the base Base pairs of hydrogen bonds, DNA will not affect the renaturation; DNA and ss DNA only weak interaction
