新研发的智能钻柱组成部件每秒可以传输数据2Mbit,并且经过测试成功应用于商业钻井。本文详细叙述了智能钻柱在钻井现场的试验过程,试验主要针对钻井操作过程中整个网络的运行特性以及机械拆卸和组装井下各种测量仪器并使之兼容到智能钻柱网络中。这项新技术可以提高井的产能、减少钻井周期和钻井成本、强化井控安全。该智能钻柱系统包括一条由耐高压管线保护的高速数据电缆。电缆的终端是感应线圈,安装在每个接头的双台肩母扣里的二次扭矩台肩的键槽内。系统设计支持高速、高容量、数以百计的坚固的测量节点之间的双向数据传送,能使我们不只是在钻头上而是在整个钻柱上捕捉关键数据。另外,它还支持高可靠性的随钻测量工具并且可以同步控制井下工具。与普通钻机程序相比系统提供了更加稳固、可靠的操作。
Newly developed smart drill string components can transmit data 2Mbit per second, and has been successfully tested for commercial drilling. This paper describes in detail the testing process of smart drill string at the drilling site. The test mainly focuses on the operating characteristics of the entire network during drilling operation, as well as mechanical disassembly and assembly of various measuring instruments in the well and compatibility with the intelligent drill string network. This new technology can improve well productivity, reduce drilling cycles and drilling costs, and enhance well control safety. The smart drill string system includes a high-speed data cable protected by a high-pressure line. The end of the cable is an induction coil that fits within the keyway on the secondary torque shoulder in the double shoulder shoulder of each connector. The system design supports bi-directional data transfer between high-speed, high-capacity, hundreds of rugged measurement nodes, enabling us to capture critical data not just on the drill bit but across the drill string. In addition, it supports highly reliable measurement while drilling tools and can simultaneously control downhole tools. The system provides a more robust and reliable operation than a regular rig program.
