临床资料:3例中,男1例,女2例。年龄分别为24、25及20天。均因食入久置之白菜水后皮肤、粘膜紫绀入院。3例患儿菜水煮沸后放置时间分别为10、14及18小时。食入菜水量数不等。食入久置菜水后至发病时间分别为3、5及4小时。主要临床表现为反应低下、全身皮肤粘膜灰蓝紫绀,呼吸稍快,心肺无异常发现。测血红蛋白分别为12、15、8g/dl。根据病史及临床表现及时作出诊断后,3例均给予静脉推注维生素C1.0~1.5g。并输注15%葡萄糖液,2例给予吸氧,利尿剂等治疗。1~2小时后青紫逐渐减退,精神状态恢复。
