采用刚粘塑性有限元法对外凸台内齿圈件及模具进行数值分析,以成形载荷为评价指标,分析成型过程中的模具设计、齿轮特征等相关工艺参数设置。结果表明:模数、凹模半锥角、齿数对载荷影响较大;挤压速度对载荷的影响不显著。基于Archard模型模拟了凸模的磨损状况,仿真结果对实际加工有指导意义。
The viscoelasticity finite element method was used to analyze the ring gear and the die in the outer boss. The forming load was used as the evaluation index to analyze the mold design and gear characteristics in the forming process. The results show that the modulus, the half cone angle of the die and the number of teeth have a great influence on the load. The effect of extrusion speed on the load is insignificant. The wear status of punch is simulated based on Archard model, and the simulation results are instructive for practical machining.
