以刺芹侧耳(Pleurotus eryngii)、糙皮侧耳(Pleurotus ostreatus)、双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)为试材,采用U16(163)和U18(184)均匀试验设计,研究了5种农药对刺芹侧耳、糙皮侧耳、双孢蘑菇等食用菌菌丝生长的影响,并就生长结果进行逐步回归分析,以期为生产中正确使用提供一定理论依据。结果表明:刺芹侧耳适于选用的杀菌剂是48%克霉灵可湿性粉剂,可选用的杀虫剂是1%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微囊悬浮剂;糙皮侧耳适于选用的杀菌剂是80%多菌灵可湿性粉剂或者是48%克霉灵可湿性粉剂,最适的杀虫剂为0.3%印楝素乳油;双孢蘑菇可选用的杀虫剂为0.3%印楝素乳油。筛选出的以上农药均可在现有浓度下使用。
