目的通过对每次吸痰完毕用≥90℃开水、生理盐水冲洗后的管道细菌培养结果的对比分析,改进吸痰技术操作方法,利于吸痰管道的清洗消毒。方法共监测80次,将监测对象分为2组,40次生理盐水冲洗后的管道作为对照组,40次开水冲洗后的管道作为试验组,将结果进行对比。结果对照组监测结果平均菌数365 cfu/ml,试验组监测结果平均菌数为190 cfu/ml,两者比较试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论证明每次吸痰完毕后用开水冲洗管道残留菌数比生理盐水冲洗后明显减少,此操作方法是减少呼吸道感染隐患的有效措施。
OBJECTIVE To compare and analyze the results of bacterial culture of pipelines with ≥90 ℃ boiling water and saline flush after each suctioning, to improve the operation method of suctioning sputum and to facilitate the cleaning and disinfection of suction pipelines. A total of 80 methods were monitored. The monitoring subjects were divided into two groups. The tubes after 40 saline flushings were used as the control group, and the tubes after 40 open water flushings were used as the experimental group. The results were compared. Results The average number of bacteria in the control group was 365 cfu / ml, and the average number of bacteria in the test group was 190 cfu / ml. The two groups were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). The conclusion proves that the number of residual bacteria in the flushing water pipe after each suctioning is obviously reduced than that after the saline flushing. This operation method is an effective measure to reduce the risk of respiratory tract infection.
