Communication has now become one of the hottest topics in organizational behavior. Some behaviourists stress that “communication is a great force in the world.” These words to some extent reflect the modern “people-oriented” management traits, but also reflect the modern people’s behavior. Therefore, modern administration regards communication as one of the important functions of modern leadership and regards communication as leadership.
