现有仓储粮堆数学模型难以有效模拟实际粮堆温度的变化过程。本试验应用计算流体力学(CFD)方法模拟研究了仓储粮堆在不通风情况下温度场的变化情况,根据粮仓结构和仓外环境条件,通过确定模拟区域、网格划分、模型选择,确定了合理的CFD模拟方案,得到并分析了两种不同尺度粮仓内仓储粮堆温度随季节变化过程的模拟结果。通过对准静态仓储粮堆内部温度随环境温度变化过程的分析,为仓储通风系统的优化设计提供了有价值的参考依据,为进一步的模拟研究奠定了良好基础。
The existing mathematical models of stored grain piles are difficult to effectively simulate the actual temperature changes of grain piles. In this experiment, the CFD method was used to simulate the temperature field changes of the warehouse grain storage under unventilated conditions. According to the structure of granary and the environmental conditions outside the warehouse, the simulation area, meshing and model selection were determined Reasonable CFD simulation program, the simulation results of the temperature change with the season of the grain storage piles in two different size granaries were obtained and analyzed. By analyzing the process of temperature inside the static storage grain piles with ambient temperature, it provides a valuable reference for the optimization design of storage ventilation system, which lays a good foundation for further simulation research.
