肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是我国原发性肝癌中最常见的一种类型,也是全球癌性死亡中最重要的一个因素。目前治疗方法有多种,包括药物对症治疗、手术治疗、放射治疗、生物免疫治疗等。随着相关信号转导机制研究的发展,靶向疗法逐渐引起专家学者的重视。本文总结了涉及HCC主要相关信号传导通路及对应靶向治疗药物作用机制及研究进展,并述及其局限性,以期促进其临床应用。
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common type of HCC in China and is also the most important factor in the global cancer death. The current treatment methods have a variety, including drug symptomatic treatment, surgical treatment, radiation therapy, biological immunotherapy. With the development of related signal transduction mechanism research, targeted therapy gradually attracted the attention of experts and scholars. This review summarizes the mechanism and progress of the major signaling pathways involved in HCC and the corresponding targeted therapies and its limitations, with a view to promoting its clinical application.
