目的:建立测定桑姜感冒片中苦杏仁苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,使用C_(18)柱(Symmetry5um,4.6mm×250mm),柱温40℃,以乙腈-甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(10:8.5:81.5)为流动相,检测波长210nm;流速为0.4ml/min。结果:苦杏仁苷进样量在0.1281ug~1.2812ug范围具有良好的线性关系;苦杏仁苷平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为1.03%。结论:高效液相色谱法灵敏度高,重复性好,所建立的苦杏仁苷含量测定方法能有效提高桑姜感冒片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of amygdalin in Sang Ginger’s cold tablets. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - methanol - 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (10: 8.5: 81.5) at a column temperature of 40 ℃ using a C 18 column (Symmetry 5um, 4.6 mm × 250 mm) Detection wavelength 210nm; flow rate of 0.4ml / min. Results: The injection of amygdalin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.1281ug ~ 1.2812ug. The average recovery of amygdalin was 100.3% with RSD of 1.03%. Conclusion: HPLC has high sensitivity and good repeatability. The determination of amygdalin content can effectively improve the quality control of Sang ginger.
