本文着重分析了国有企业工会工作当前面临的主要问题,探讨了相应的应对策略,针对国有企业工会的工作对象、改革重组等问题进行深入研究,结合本次研究,最终提出了健全工会领导组织体系的对策;分析、明确工会工作对象;建立、健全工会工作机制等策略。希望通过本文的分析对策,能够改进国有企业工会工作,顺应国有企业改革的发展。
This article analyzes the main problems currently facing the trade union work in state-owned enterprises, discusses the corresponding coping strategies, conducts in-depth studies on the work targets, reform and reorganization of the state-owned trade unions, and finally puts forward a sound system of the leading trade union organization Countermeasures; Analyze and clarify the work of trade unions; Establish and improve the working mechanism of trade unions and other strategies.
