通过弯曲测试法、电阻法和显微组织分析等方法研究了淬火后时效处理温度和分级淬火温度对Cu-16.2Al-9.9Mn(at%)合金相变温度、微观组织及形状记忆效应的影响。结果表明,Cu-16.2Al-9.9Mn合金淬火后的形状记忆效应偏低。采用淬火后时效和分级淬火处理后,合金的形状记忆效应由于热弹性马氏体的出现得到较大提高。合金的形状记忆效应和相变温度随着时效温度和分级淬火温度的升高逐步提高,分级淬火处理后的形状记忆效应低于相同温度时效后的形状记忆效应。
The effects of aging temperature and quenching temperature on the transformation temperature, microstructure and shape memory effect of Cu-16.2Al-9.9Mn (at%) alloy were studied by bending test, electrical resistance test and microstructure analysis. . The results show that the shape memory effect of Cu-16.2Al-9.9Mn alloy after quenching is low. After quenching aging and classification quenching, the shape memory effect of the alloy is greatly enhanced due to the appearance of thermoelastic martensite. The shape memory effect and the phase transition temperature of the alloy gradually increase with the aging temperature and the classification quenching temperature. The shape memory effect after the fractional quenching is lower than the shape memory effect after the same temperature aging.
