用透射电子显微镜研究了Au沉积在不同温度的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛(PolyvinylFormal,PVF)衬底上的显微结构.当衬底温度由高到低改变时,Au膜结构由紧密岛向分形渐变,在213~253K时生长的Au膜具有分形特征,用Sandbex方法测量了分维数.Au膜分维数随生长温度提高及膜厚增加而增大.在Au膜分形结构周围形成近似圆形空白区,这一现象说明岛(或团簇)具有一定的迁移率向大岛或分枝结构聚集.利用有边缘扩散的DLA模型及CCA模型讨论了实验结果。
The microstructure of Au deposited on Polyvinyl Formal (PVF) substrates at different temperatures was investigated by transmission electron microscopy. When the substrate temperature changes from high to low, the structure of the Au film changes from tight island to fractal. The Au film grown from 213 to 253K has fractal characteristics and the fractal dimension is measured by Sandbex method. The fractal dimension of Au film increases with the growth temperature and the film thickness. The formation of a nearly circular void around the fractal structure of the Au film indicates that the island (or cluster) has a certain mobility towards the large islands or branches. The experimental results are discussed using DLA model with edge diffusion and CCA model.
