在常温下,以钛酸四丁酯为前躯体溶解于无水乙醇中,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了稀土金属-过渡金属共掺杂纳米TiO2光催化剂。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV)等手段对样品的结构进行了表征,所合成的样品为TiO2锐钛矿晶相。同时,光催化降解甲基橙实验结果表明:共掺杂TiO2有较高的催化活性,这是由于共掺杂在TiO2的价带和导带之间形成了新的能级,从而窄化TiO2的带宽,能吸收更多的太阳光。
At room temperature, tetrabutyl titanate was dissolved in absolute ethanol as a precursor, and a rare earth metal-transition metal co-doped nano-sized TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method. The structure of the sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared spectroscopy (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) spectroscopy. The synthesized sample was anatase TiO2. At the same time, the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange results show that: co-doped TiO2 has a higher catalytic activity, which is due to co-doping TiO2 in the valence band and conduction band formed a new energy level, thus narrowing TiO2 The bandwidth, can absorb more sunlight.
