目的探讨千佛菌对哮喘模型大鼠Th细胞因子网络的调节作用。方法 给各组大鼠分别灌服生理盐水和不同浓度的千佛菌液14 d,用ELISA法检测肺泡灌洗液中Th1标志性细胞因子IFN-γ和Th2标志性细胞因子IL-4。结果 千佛菌大剂量用药组大鼠低下的IFN-γ水平明显升高,过高的IL-4水平明显降低,两组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论 千佛菌大剂量组能调节哮喘模型大鼠Th细胞因子网络的失衡,改善哮喘症状。
Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of Thousand Flavus on the Th cytokines network in asthmatic rats. Methods Rats in each group were given normal saline and different concentrations of Thousands of bacteria for 14 days respectively. Th1 marker cytokine IFN-γ and Th2 marker cytokine IL-4 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were detected by ELISA. Results The levels of IFN-γ in the high-dose group and high-dose group were significantly higher than those in the high-dose group. The level of IL-4 in the high-dose group was significantly lower than that in the high-dose group (P <0.01). Conclusion Thousands of bacteria high-dose group can regulate the imbalance of Th cytokine network in asthmatic rats and improve asthma symptoms.
