电梯平衡系数是曳引式电梯的重要性能指标,关系到电梯的性能及安全。我国现行的法规要求,新装曳引式电梯、改变了平衡系数的改造梯电梯都要进行平衡系数测试,而现行电梯平衡系数测试方法存在效率低和检测成本高的问题,本文给出一种基于定义法的电梯平衡系数丝杆提升检测装置实现,即利用丝杆提升,依次测出轿厢重量、对重重量,再代入额定载荷、曳引比,求出电梯平衡系数,该方法适用于所有类型的曳引式电梯,测量过程无需载荷,简单便捷,精度高,可重复性好。本文中涉及的电梯平衡系数检测设备,已在现场做了大量的实验,结果稳定可靠。
Elevator balance coefficient is an important performance index of traction elevator, related to the performance and safety of the elevator. The current laws and regulations of our country require that the newly installed traction elevator and the upgraded elevator with the changed balance coefficient should carry out the balance coefficient test. However, the existing elevator balance coefficient test method has the problems of low efficiency and high detection cost. In this paper, The method is based on the definition of the elevator balance coefficient screw lifting detection device, that is, the use of screw lifting, followed by the measured weight of the car, the weight, and then into the rated load, traction ratio, find the elevator balance factor, the method applies to all Type of traction elevator, the measurement process without load, simple and convenient, high precision, good repeatability. The elevator balance factor testing equipment involved in this article has done a lot of experiments in the field, the result is stable and reliable.
