2019-nCoV is identified as the cause of an outbreak of viral pneumonia first detected in Wuhan,China and it continues to spread.We summarized the characteristics of genes and receptors,antiviral therapy,and early waming and prediction.We put forward the importance of vaccine development and recommend that relevant research be carried out in specific laboratories.
