大倾角带式输送机直接转矩调速控制研究

为了解决大倾角带式输送机在启动和制动阶段由于加速度过大易引起物料滑落、动张力过大易导致输送带撕裂这一难题,基于直接转矩控制提出了大倾角带式输送机变频调速控制方法。实际应用表明,基于DTC的大倾角带式输送机控制模式转矩响应迅速、低频时转矩输出高,启动后转矩上升平稳,在各种装料条件下,均能确保物料在35°倾角的带式输送机上稳定输送。 In order to solve the difficult problem that the belt conveyor can slip due to excessive acceleration during the start-up and braking phases and lead to material tearing due to too much dynamic tension, a large-angle belt conveyor is proposed based on direct torque control Frequency control method.
