在社会转型条件下,高校学报编辑具有多重的社会角色。作为知识分子,高校学报编辑是知识的生产者和创造者;作为知识分子的言说者,高校学报编辑是知识的传播者,也是知识分子的代言人;作为文化产品的经营者,高校学报编辑担负着推动文化创新与精神传承的责任。市场经济条件下多重的社会角色也导致了编辑的伦理困境,进而引发高校学报编辑的道德失范。因此,推动高校学报编辑的职业化进程,加强高校学报编辑的伦理建构,塑造学报编辑的道德责任,是化解高校学报编辑的伦理困境,推动学术知识的传播与学术文化创新的重要途径。
