本电路采用LA4440作功率放大,其优点是调试简单、音色优美,输出功率大。电路介绍LA4440是日本三洋公司生产的双声道大功率薄膜功放集成块,它是14脚单列封装。其电源电压V_(CC)为6～18 V。当V_(CC)为13.2 V时,输出功率为2×6W(4Ω);当V_(CC)为18V时,输出功率为2×12W(4Ω)。当负载为2Ω时,输出功率可提高一倍。它具有多种保护功能,如管脚短路保护、过压保护、热保护以及负载短路保护。图1为该电路的原理图。BG_1、BG_2、BG_3均为3DG6(或其它NPN硅管)。
The circuit uses LA4440 for power amplification, the advantage of simple debugging, beautiful sound, the output power. Circuit Description LA4440 is Japan’s Sanyo’s dual-channel high-power thin film amplifier block, which is 14-pin single package. The power supply voltage V_ (CC) is 6 ~ 18V. The output power is 2 × 6W (4Ω) when V CC is 13.2V, and 2 × 12W (4Ω) when V CC is 18V. When the load is 2Ω, the output power can be doubled. It has a variety of protection features, such as pin short circuit protection, overvoltage protection, thermal protection and load short circuit protection. Figure 1 shows the circuit schematic. BG_1, BG_2, BG_3 are 3DG6 (or other NPN silicon tubes).
