本文对9只狗进行高度选择性迷走神经切断的实验观察。正常对照组2只;实验组7只。高选迷切术及单纯结扎胃底部和胃体部的胃左、右动脉的分支,胃的粘膜层都变薄。高选迷切术后,胃粘膜上皮层、胃底腺均发生组织学改变,胃粘膜的保护层发生不同程度的脱落。2月后,胃粘膜上皮层表面的粘液层大部分消失。胃粘膜的上皮细胞有的萎缩、有的脱落,完整的上皮层遭破坏。4月后,胃粘膜上皮细胞大部分萎缩、脱落、破溃,并有结缔组织增生。14月后,胃粘膜上皮层仍不完整,但已有新生的上皮补充。胃底腺在2月和4月时主要表现为退行性改变,胃底腺的颈粘液细胞增多,呈粘液腺的形状。壁细胞与主细胞均有退行性改变:细胞质内有空泡,细胞核有固缩,壁细胞体积缩小等。在14月时胃底腺的各种细胞出现新生,主细胞和壁细胞趋于正常。胃底腺的壁细胞数量减少、主细胞和壁细胞的比值增大,这与胃酸分泌量降低是相符的。在胃底腺的细胞构筑上发生了改变。
In this paper, 9 dogs were subjected to experimental observation of highly selective vagotomy. 2 normal control groups; 7 experimental groups. The high-selection of the dissection and the branches of the left and right gastric arteries that simply ligate the bottom of the stomach and the body of the stomach result in thinning of the mucous membranes of the stomach. After high-selective occultectomy, the epithelial and gastric fundic glands of the gastric mucosa were changed histologically, and protective layers of gastric mucosa were detached to varying degrees. After 2 months, most of the mucus layer on the surface of gastric epithelium disappeared. Some of the epithelial cells of the gastric mucosa have shrunk, some have fallen off, and the entire epithelial layer has been destroyed. After 4 months, most of the epithelial cells in the gastric mucosa were atrophic, shedding, ulceration, and connective tissue hyperplasia. After 14 months, the epithelial layer of gastric mucosa was still incomplete, but new epithelium had been added. Gastric floor glands showed degenerative changes in February and April, and the gastric gland cells in the fundus glands increased, showing the shape of mucinous glands. Both the parietal cells and the main cells have degenerative changes: vacuoles in the cytoplasm, nucleus pyknosis, parietal cell volume reduction, etc. In 14 months, various cells of the fundus glands regenerated, and the main cells and parietal cells tended to be normal. The number of parietal cells in the fundus glands decreased, and the ratio of main cells to parietal cells increased, which was consistent with a decrease in gastric acid secretion. Changes in the cell structure of the fundic glands have occurred.
