大中型转炉高效吹氧技术研究

转炉高效吹氧技术包括提高转炉供氧强度和优化造渣操作。宝钢一炼钢300 t转炉供氧强度达到3.83m3/(t.min),太钢、涟源、萍乡等中型转炉的供氧强度达到4.0~4.4 m3/(t.min)。采用此项技术可提高转炉钢产量8%~15%。多孔交错布置喷头设计、制作及供氧、造渣技术,可以满足转炉高效吹氧技术转让的需要。 Converter efficient oxygen blowing technology, including increasing oxygen supply converter strength and optimization of slagmaking operations. The oxygen supply intensity of Baosteel’s 300 t converter reached 3.83 m 3 / (t · min). The oxygen supply intensity of mid-sized converters such as Taigang, Lianyuan and Pingxiang reached 4.0 ~ 4.4 m3 / (t · min). Using this technology can increase the converter steel production 8% to 15%. Porous staggered arrangement of nozzle design, production and oxygen, slag technology, to meet the transfer of efficient oxygen blowing converter needs.
