分析了异步交叉轧制变形区轧件的受力状态和金属流动特性,采用三维有限差分法对异步交叉轧制下轧件在变形区的应力分布特征进行了三维解析.表明:异步交叉轧制变形区的显著特征是轧件受到纵横双向剪切变形作用,异步比和交叉角的综合作用促使变形区应力分布得以均化,这是异步交叉轧制能够显著提高板形控制能力并降低轧制能耗的内在原因.
The stress state and the metal flow characteristics of the as-rolled cross-section rolling are analyzed. The three-dimensional finite element method is used to analyze the stress distribution in the cross-section under the cross-rolling. It is shown that the remarkable feature of the asynchronous cross-rolling deformation zone is that the rolling stock is subjected to both longitudinal and transverse shearing deformation. The combined effect of asynchronous ratio and crossing angle promotes the homogenization of the stress distribution in the deformation zone. This is the result of asynchronous cross-rolling which can significantly improve the plate shape The ability to control and reduce the inherent causes of rolling energy consumption.
