目的:研究细毡毛忍冬Lonicera similis Hemsl.花蕾的化学成分。方法:利用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱层析、制备薄层色谱和反相C18柱色谱等多种色谱方法对其进行分离和纯化,运用波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从细毡毛忍冬花蕾的正丁醇萃取物中分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为:4-hydroxy-γ,3,5-trimethoxybenzenepropanol(1)、乌苏酸(2)、反式-阿魏酸(3)、咖啡酸乙酯(4)、二氢芥子醇(5)、芦丁(6)、β-胡萝卜苷(7)。结论:其中,化合物1、5为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物2~4为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of flower buds of Lonicera similis Hemsl. Methods: Macroporous resin, silica gel column chromatography, preparative thin layer chromatography and reversed-phase C18 column chromatography and other chromatographic methods were used to separate and purify them. The spectral data were used to identify the structure. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified from n-butanol extracts of Lonicera macranthoides: 4-hydroxy-γ, 3,5-trimethoxybenzenepropanol (1), ursolic acid Ferulic acid (3), caffeic acid ethyl ester (4), dihydroinositol (5), rutin (6) and β-daucosterol (7). In conclusion, compounds 1 and 5 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 2 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
