通过地质勘察和室内试验,查明了察尔汗盐湖区岩盐层的厚度、岩盐含盐量、溶解度、溶解特点,查明了地下水的埋深与矿化度。力学试验以及微结构扫描结果表明,天然岩盐的微观结构密实,极限抗压强度高,岩盐可以作为高速公路路堤填料。结合察尔汗—格尔木高速公路新建工程,通过室内试验确定了岩盐填料的最佳含水率与最大干密度,铺筑岩盐路堤试验路,提出了高速公路岩盐路堤填筑技术。根据盐湖区地下水情况和降雨特点,分析了岩盐路堤的主要病害,提出了病害防治技术。对通车运营后路基路面整体沉降量进行了监测和路面进行了弯沉检测。结果表明,路基路面整体沉降量小,路面检测代表弯沉值小于设计弯沉值,岩盐路基填筑效果良好。
Through geological survey and laboratory tests, the thickness of rock salt, the salt content, solubility and dissolution of rock salt in Chaer Khan Salt Lake have been identified, and the depth and salinity of groundwater have been identified. The results of mechanical tests and microstructure scanning show that the microstructure of natural rock salt is dense and the ultimate compressive strength is high, and rock salt can be used as highway embankment filler. Combined with the construction of Chaerhan - Golmud expressway, the optimal moisture content and the maximum dry density of rock salt filler were determined through laboratory experiments, and the experimental road of rock salt embankment was paved. The rock salt embankment filling technology for expressway was put forward. According to the groundwater conditions and rainfall characteristics in Yanhu District, the main diseases of rock salt embankment are analyzed, and the disease prevention and control technology is put forward. After the opening operation, the overall subgrade settlement was monitored and the road surface was deflected. The results show that the overall subgrade settlement of subgrade pavement is small, the mean value of deflection of pavement detection is less than that of design deflection, and the filling effect of rock salt subgrade is good.
