本文用健康猫12只,用HRP示踪和跨节追踪法,对猫降结肠感觉神经支配来源和节段性分布进行较详细的研究。实验结果表明:①猫降结肠感觉神经支配来自双侧胸至腰和腰至尾的脊神经节,共十一个节段,其高峰区是腰和骶节段。②脊神经节内降结肠的感觉神经元胞体多为圆形和椭圆形,少量是梭形和不规则形。③降结肠感觉神经元的中枢突经Lissauen′s束进入骶髓节段,围绕后角形成较粗大的外侧束和细的内侧束,外侧束的终末终止于灰质Ⅴ、Ⅷ层和灰质后连合,内侧束达灰质后角Ⅱ、Ⅲ层。④猫降结肠也接受双侧迷走神经的感觉纤维。
In this paper, 12 healthy cats were used to study the source and segmental distribution of the sensory innervation of descending colon in cats with HRP tracing and cross-sectional tracing methods. The experimental results show that: (1) The descending colon sensory nerves of the cat dominate the dorsal ganglia from the bilateral thoracolumbar to the lumbar and the caudal to the tail, a total of eleven segments, the peak area is the lumbar and sacral segments. ② Spinal ganglion descending colon sensory neurons cell body mostly round and oval, a small amount of fusiform and irregular shape. (3) Lissauen’s bundle of central descending sensory neurons of the descending colon enters the sacral segment and forms a thick lateral bundle and a medial lateral bundle around the posterior horn. The terminals of the lateral bundle terminate in the gray matter Ⅴ, Ⅷ and gray matter Commissure, medial bundle of gray matter angle Ⅱ, Ⅲ layer. ④ cat descending colon also accept bilateral vagal sensory fibers.
