百盛大厦工程位于北京市复兴门立交桥的东北角,为框剪结构,总建筑面积为57683.5m~2,地下为四层,地下室外墙没有做防水,采用抗渗混凝土自防水,并且砌夹壁墙一道。 一、施工方案的确定 本工程施工场地窄小,北侧建筑物与红线相距只有0.7m,外墙无法进行防水施工,因此设计成刚性防水,即采用抗渗混凝土,在混凝土中加入水泥用量12%~15%的UEA—M。UEA—M是一种复合型高效膨胀剂,它不仅具有膨胀、减水的作用,而且具有很高的抗渗能力,适用于各种抗渗防裂工程,可取消外防水。另外,为了防止地下室渗漏及潮气,在外墙内侧设计了一道夹壁墙。夹壁墙有防水的作用,夹壁墙内存留的水顺着找坡流到两边的地漏内(楼板上每8m轴距预埋2根φ75钢管),再由地漏排到架空层中,最后排到积水坑中,用水泵抽出(图1)。

The water remaining in the clip wall flows along the slope of the slope to the floor drain on both sides (two φ75 steel pipes are embedded on the floor of the slab every 8m), and then drained from the floor drain to the aerial layer. Finally, It drains into a sump and is pumped out (Figure 1).
