一、引言氧气顶吹转炉炼钢的冶金过程与氧枪设计以及供氧制度(供氧压力和氧枪高度)有很大关系。要达到预期的冶金效果,除了有一支设计合理的氧枪外还取决于氧枪的使用是否合理。为了给二炼钢转炉操作制订供氧制度提供参考数据,我们以二炼钢转炉的炉型及氧枪设计作为原型进行了水力学模型试验。根据相似原理,在供氧制度与熔池吹透深度、搅拌强度和喷溅强度之间的关系方面进行了测定,得到了定量数据。根据这些数据,提出了制订供氧制度时的参考意见。由于模型与原型的相似性是近似的,所以由模型实验所得的结论还须在实践中加以校
I. INTRODUCTION The metallurgical process of oxygen top-blown converter steelmaking has much to do with the design of oxygen lance and the oxygen supply system (oxygen pressure and lance height). In order to achieve the desired metallurgical effect, in addition to having a properly designed oxygen lance, it is also up to the lance’s use to be reasonable. In order to provide reference data for the oxygenation system of the second steelmaking operation, we conducted the hydraulic model test using the furnace type and oxygen lance design of the second steelmaking converter as the prototype. According to the similar principle, the quantitative relationship between oxygen supply system and penetration depth, stirring intensity and splashing intensity was measured and quantitative data were obtained. Based on these data, we put forward some suggestions for establishing oxygen supply system. Since the similarities between the model and the prototype are approximate, the conclusions drawn from the model experiments must be made in practice
