本文只谈球面等角螺线槽的加工工艺问题。包括对机械加工和超声波加工的分析;空球模具的制造工艺和喷砂法等。通过对机床运动原理的分析,证明用机械加工和超声波加工这种螺线槽是有困难的,或有很大的误差。空球模是在超声波模具的基础上产生的,它能广泛地用于各种不同的工艺方法。喷砂法是由普通喷砂改造而成的一种微量切削的工艺方法。通过大量的试验,我们取得了许多数据,如水与砂的比例、压力和时间的选择等。实验表明,喷砂法在精度上比超声波加工提高了一个数量级。
This article only talks about spherical equilateral spiral groove processing technology issues. Including the analysis of machining and ultrasonic machining; manufacturing process of the ball mold and sand blasting method. By analyzing the motion principle of the machine tool, it is proved that machining the spiral groove with ultrasonic machining is difficult or with great error. Ball mold is produced on the basis of ultrasonic mold, it can be widely used in a variety of different process methods. Sandblasting method is modified by ordinary sand blasting a micro-cutting process. Through a large number of experiments, we have made a lot of data, such as the ratio of water to sand, the choice of pressure and time. Experiments show that the sandblasting method in ultrasonic precision than the increase of an order of magnitude.
