本文利用正交试验设计法研究了含锑铝硅合金(ZL101)成分、热处理工艺及性能的关系。试验选择合金元素镁、硅、锑及热处理工艺因素等七个因子,利用L27(3~(13))正交表,结果指出:镁和锑对合金性能影响最大;镁和锑有高度显著交互作用,说明Mg_3Sb_2相是提高合金机械性能主要因素之一。本文确定含锑量0.2%左右为宜。为确保抗拉强度和延伸率的配合,提出应适当提高含镁量。同时指出淬火和时效温度比现行工艺可以提高10℃。
In this paper, using orthogonal experimental design method to study the composition of antimony-containing Al-Si alloy (ZL101), heat treatment process and performance. The experimental results show that magnesium and antimony have the most significant effect on the properties of the alloy, and magnesium and antimony have a high degree of significant interaction with each other by using L27 (3 ~ (13)) orthogonal table. Which indicates that Mg_3Sb_2 phase is one of the main factors to improve the mechanical properties of the alloy. This article determines the amount of antimony about 0.2% is appropriate. In order to ensure the combination of tensile strength and elongation, it is proposed that the content of magnesium should be properly increased. At the same time, it is pointed out that the quenching and aging temperature can be increased by 10 ℃ than the current technology.
