The telescope thermal insensitive chamber studied in this paper is a high-power Nd: YAG laser with a large volume TEM00 mode operation. The repetition rate of 1 ~ 10pps after secondary amplification of each pulse output energy of 1.06um 1.1J, 0.53um to 520mJ, O. 355um is 180mJ. Pulse energy fluctuations less than ± 2%. 1.06um Beam divergence less than 1mrad.
