Objective To analyze the relationship between the dynamic changes of CD61 and CD62P and Kawasaki disease (KD) and its associated coronary lesions and to explore the pathogenesis of KD. Methods Seventy patients with KD were divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (30 cases) according to the extent of coronary artery injury. Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to detect the expression of CD61 and CD62P on platelet immediately, 5d, 10d and 15d Level and at the same time the application of echocardiography coronary diameter measurement, parallel analysis. Results There were significant differences in CD61, CD62p and coronary diameter between the two groups before treatment (P <0.05). There was significant difference in CD61, CD62p and coronary diameter between the two groups after treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion The changes of platelet CD61 and CD62p levels can effectively predict coronary artery stenosis and diagnosis and treatment of this disease has an important clinical significance.
