目的研究一种四合一多酶清洗剂的杀菌性能和腐蚀性,为清洗消毒应用提供科学依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和腐蚀性试验方法,对该多酶清洗剂杀菌效果和腐蚀性进行实验室观察。结果该多酶清洗剂是由生物酶与苯扎氯铵(含量4 500 mg/L)组成。用其100倍的稀释液作用2.5 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄菌杀灭对数值>5.00;作用5 min对悬液内大肠杆菌杀灭对数值>5.00;作用10 min对悬液内白色念珠菌杀灭对数值>4.00。用其75倍稀释液作用7.5 min,对悬液内铜绿假单胞菌杀灭对数值>5.00。该多酶洗剂50倍稀释液对不锈钢片、铜片均基本无腐蚀,对碳钢片轻度腐蚀,对铝片中度腐蚀。结论该四合一多酶清洗剂具有较好的杀菌效果,但对碳钢和铝制品有一定腐蚀性。
Objective To study the bactericidal and corrosive properties of a four-in-one multi-enzyme detergent and provide a scientific basis for the application of cleaning and disinfection. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and corrosive test method were used to observe the bactericidal effect and corrosiveness of this multi-enzyme cleaning agent. Results The multi-enzyme cleaner was composed of bio-enzyme and benzalkonium chloride (4 500 mg / L). With its 100-fold dilution of 2.5 min, the suspension of Staphylococcus aureus kill logarithm> 5.00; 5 min on the killing E. coli suspension in the logarithm of> 5.00; 10 min on the white suspension Candida kill logarithm> 4.00. With its 75-fold dilution for 7.5 min, the suspension of P. aeruginosa kill logarithm> 5.00. The 50-fold dilution of the enzyme enzyme on the stainless steel, copper are basically no corrosion, slight corrosion of carbon steel, aluminum moderate corrosion. Conclusion The four-in-one multi-enzyme cleaning agent has good bactericidal effect, but has some corrosive to carbon steel and aluminum products.
