为研究RAP冷再生混合料抗裂性能,采用劈裂强度和最大弯拉应变为评价指标,进行冷再生混合料劈裂和低温小梁弯曲室内试验,分析RAP用量、水泥和乳化沥青对冷再生混合料抗裂性能影响规律。研究结果表明:合理RAP用量有利于提高冷再生混合料抗裂性能,超过80%RAP用量后,混合料低温最大弯拉应变逐渐减小,劈裂强度降幅增大;低水泥剂量的冷再生混合料劈裂强度和低温变形能力较优,推荐水泥用量为2%;掺加水泥后,RAP冷再生混合料具有较高早期强度,有利于提前开放交通,缩短工期;随着乳化沥青用量的增加,冷再生混合料抗裂性能先提高后降低,最优乳液用量为7.5%,且改性沥青效果优于基质沥青。
In order to study the crack resistance of RAP cold recycled mixture, the splitting strength and the maximum bending strain were used as evaluation indexes to conduct cold reclaimed mixture splitting and low temperature trabecular bending indoor test. The effects of RAP dosage, cement and emulsified asphalt on cold regeneration Anti-cracking performance of the mixture affect the law. The results show that reasonable dosage of RAP is beneficial to improve the crack resistance of cold reclaimed mixture. When the content of RAP exceeds 80%, the maximum bending strain at low temperature of the mixture decreases and the splitting strength decreases. It is recommended that the amount of cement should be 2%. After the cement is added, the RAP cold-reclaimed mixture has higher early strength, which is beneficial to opening the traffic in advance and shortening the construction period. With the increase of the amount of emulsified asphalt , The anti-cracking performance of the cold recycled mixture firstly increases and then decreases, the optimal emulsion dosage is 7.5%, and the modified asphalt has better effect than the matrix asphalt.
