采用免疫组织化学LSAB法检测44例正常结肠粘膜,19例腺癌性息肉和57例结直肠癌组织中APC基因蛋白产物P300APC的表达。结果,三者的阳性率分别为95.45%、94.73%、71.93%,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。阳性细胞计数分级在Ⅲ~Ⅳ级的正常粘膜为59%,腺瘤为47.31%,癌组织仅为2.7%,其癌中分化好的为27.3%,中等分化的为2.7%,粘液腺癌为10%,分化差的为阴性,与前两组比较P<0.01,差异有非常显著意义,提示:癌组织中分化越差,阳性表达越低,APC产物的低表达与癌组织的分化有一定关系。
The expression of APC gene protein product P300APC in 44 cases of normal colon mucosa, 19 cases of adenocarcinoma polyps and 57 cases of colorectal cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry LSAB method.
