出血性输卵管炎近年来临床报告有增多趋势,我院3年间以异位妊娠收治后手术证实为出血性输卵管炎共12例,分析报告于后,试图寻找术前诊断方向。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:12例,年龄21～35岁,在人流术后7～35 d发病者4例,有上环史者4例,上环时间在3月～6年之间;2例分别在输卵管结扎术后25 d及10年发病,2例月经后15、25 d发病,无1例有停经史。
