以聚丙二醇(N220)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-100)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为主要原料,采用二步法合成聚氨酯弹性体。通过万能拉力机对其力学性能做的测试。讨论异氰酸酯质量分数、E-51环氧树脂添入量和脲基添入量对聚氨酯体系机械系能的影响。结果表明,三种方法都可以明显提升体系的硬度和剪切强度。其中脲基的引入在提高聚氨酯高剪切强度的同时,对硬度的影响最小。
Polyurethane elastomer was synthesized by two-step method using polypropylene glycol (N220), tolylene diisocyanate (TDI-100) and 1,4-butanediol (BDO) as main raw materials. Through universal tensile testing machine to do its mechanical properties. The effects of the mass fraction of isocyanate, the amount of epoxy resin E-51 and the amount of ureido added on the mechanical properties of polyurethane systems were discussed. The results show that the three methods can significantly improve the system hardness and shear strength. Among them, the introduction of ureido to improve the high shear strength of polyurethane at the same time, the smallest impact on the hardness.
