在D半乳糖所致小鼠亚急性损伤引起衰老的模型上,以脑内MAOB活性和尾腱中羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量为指标,检测了灵芝的作用。结果D半乳糖可明显提高实验小鼠MAOB的活性和Hyp含量,而250mg/kg和500mg/kg的灵芝可有效的抑制D半乳糖的作用,降低MAOB的活性和Hyp含量,并呈一定的剂量依赖性关系
