基于OptiStruct软件,采用形状优化辅以尺寸优化进行带槽孔承载结构轻量化设计,以地铁车辆吸能防爬器诱导槽孔设计为例,在2种不同应力约束的工况下对圆形、矩形加半圆形、椭圆形3种槽孔进行形状优化并予以比较,从而探讨了运用最优化技术指导槽孔结构设计的方法。
Based on OptiStruct software, shape optimization combined with size optimization was carried out to reduce the weight of slotted bearing structure. Taking the design of slot induced by subway tractor as an example, Rectangular plus semicircle, oval three kinds of slot shape optimization and compared to explore the use of optimization techniques to guide the slot structure design method.
