目的:采用GC-MS法分析水芹根中挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取水芹根中挥发油,用GC-MS法测定和分析其化学组分。结果:从水芹根挥发油中共分离鉴定了26个成分,占总峰面积的90.84%。结论:由GC-MS法分析鉴定出的水芹根挥发油成分为其资源综合开发利用提供了一定的科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil in cress roots by GC-MS. Methods: Volatile oil from cress roots was extracted by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were determined and analyzed by GC-MS. Results: A total of 26 constituents were isolated and identified from the essential oil of cress root, accounting for 90.84% of the total peak area. Conclusion: The constituents of the essential oil of cress root identified by GC-MS analysis provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive utilization of resources.
