1、本文报告十年来我院在前列腺肥大经耻骨上切除72例中,并发膀胱颈挛缩2例,占2.6％。一例为单纯之挛缩与粘连,一例呈极为少见之天幕状闭锁、脓性死腔之类型,在国内外文献中殊属罕见。后一型在诊断及治疗上有一定特征及复其杂性,通过病例报告及分析,加以初步探讨。 2、从予防角度,对前列腺肥大症术后并发膀胱颈挛缩之可能成因,略加探讨,借以提醒引起对本并发症危害性之足够重视。 3、本文报告一例经坚膜切开,膀胱颈成形手术之天幕状膀胱颈挛缩,获得成功。
