在新课标的倡导下,高中英语课堂教学发生了一定的变化,就是素质教育逐渐凸显出来,但在素质教育与实际教学活动的结合过程中,依旧会发现期间并未真正实现课堂教育的价值追求,许多教育理念还停留于形式上。预计的英语课堂教学安排无法顺利地变成英语课堂教学的成果,这其中英语教师的的专业素养十分重要,如素养不够,会给课堂教育带来一系列的问题,当然造成课堂教学效率低下的不仅仅只是教师,也包括学生在参与课堂教学方面主动性的缺失和现代学生对知识缺乏强烈的求知欲望等多方面因素。故本文针对以上问题进行探究并通过分析找出针对性的解决方法。
