随着社会经济的快速发展,以及科技技术水平的不断提高,长江的航运事业也得到了飞速的发展,在为国家带来巨大的经济利益的同时,也带来了许多水上的交通事故,给人们的生命财产带来了严重的威胁。因此,面对这种现象就需要按照安全第一、预防为主、综合治理的科学理念,在长江水上建立安全的信息联播系统,从而为长江航运提高安全的保障,但是随着科学技术水平的不断提高,传统的安全信息联播系统已经无法满足长江水上交通的需要,因此就需要对其进行不断的改造和创新,提高长江水上交通的安全性。文章从VHF安全信息联播系统的概念出发,对水上安全信息联播系统使用状况进行详细的分析和研究,并提出有效地改造措施。
With the rapid socio-economic development and continuous improvement of science and technology, the shipping industry in the Yangtze River has also witnessed rapid development. While bringing enormous economic benefits to the country, it has also brought many traffic accidents on water to People’s lives and property posed a serious threat. Therefore, facing this kind of phenomenon, it is necessary to establish a safe information network system on the Yangtze River in accordance with the scientific concept of safety first, prevention first and comprehensive management, so as to improve the security of the Yangtze River shipping. However, with the scientific and technological level The traditional safety information simulcasting system has been unable to meet the needs of water transport in the Yangtze River. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly transform and innovate it to improve the safety of Yangtze River water transport. Based on the concept of VHF safety information simulcasting system, this paper analyzes and studies the usage of waterborne safety information simulcasting system in detail, and puts forward effective measures for the improvement.
