随着工学结合、顶岗实习在高职院校的普及,高校学生进行实践学习的时间逐渐增加,但合法权益受到侵害情形也不断涌现,高校也随之处于风口浪尖上。文章通过对实习生权益受损类型及原因分析,做一些完善校方法律责任制度建议的尝试,以化解学校管理面临的巨大压力,维护学校及实习生的基本利益,促进和谐校园建设。
With the combination of work and study, the internship of posts and posts in higher vocational colleges, the time for practical learning by college students is gradually increasing, but the infringement of legitimate rights and interests is also emerging constantly. Colleges and universities are also on the cusp. By analyzing the types and reasons of the damage to the rights of trainees, this paper attempts to improve the legal liability system of the school to try to resolve the huge pressure on school management, safeguard the basic interests of schools and interns, and promote the construction of a harmonious campus.
