采用层次分析法对温度-应力试验所得到的各项混凝土抗裂性能评价指标进行综合分析,从而获得它们各自的权重。运用加权求和法计算抗裂性能评价综合指标,并据此全面评判混凝土的抗裂性能。结果发现:对应最大拉应力的温度、最大拉应力、应力储备、最大压应力和拉应力平均增长速率5项主要评价指标的权重值依次为0.362、0.267、0.232、0.083、0.056;抗裂性能评价综合指标值越大,混凝土的抗裂性能越好。考虑各指标权重的抗裂性能评价比基于单一指标的方法更为合理。通过实例验证了基于层次分析法的抗裂性能评价方法具有较好的适用性和可靠性。
Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to analyze the evaluation indexes of concrete anti-cracking performance obtained from temperature-stress test to obtain their own weight. Applying the weighted sum method to calculate the comprehensive index of anti-cracking performance and evaluating the anti-cracking performance of the concrete accordingly. The results showed that the weight values of the five main evaluation indexes of temperature, maximum tensile stress, stress reserve, maximum compressive stress and average tensile stress corresponding to the maximum tensile stress were 0.362,0.267,0.232,0.083,0.056, respectively. The evaluation of crack resistance The greater the overall index value, the better the crack resistance of concrete. The evaluation of crack resistance considering the weight of each index is more reasonable than the method based on a single index. An example is given to verify that the method of evaluating crack resistance based on AHP has good applicability and reliability.
