Objective To understand the health status of spray painters and radiologists and to explore the influence of toxic chemicals and radiation on the liver function of laborers and to provide basis for preventing and reducing the harm of chemical substances and radiation to the human body. Methods A total of 206 male workers (Group A) engaged in radiology work and 185 male workers (Group B) in automobile factory spray painting operation and 237 male workers from the adult health examination group were selected as the control group (Group C) Liver function in each group of serological test results anomalies. Results The abnormal rates of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), total bilirubin (T-Bil) and direct bilirubin (D-Bil) The abnormal rates of γ-GGT, ALP, T-Bil and D-Bil were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Spray workers exposed to occupational hazardous substances such as benzene, formaldehyde, heavy metals (lead, mercury, etc.), radiation workers exposure to radiation, long-term large number of chronic exposure will cause the body’s liver damage.
