1986年在襄樊市激光研究所的协作下,采用光敏疗法(photodynamic therapy,简称PDT)对6例癌肿病人进行了治疗,获得一定效果,现报道如下。材料和方法临床资料 6例均系经我院病理检查证实而收治的癌症病人,没有接受过其他方法治疗(见表1)。光敏剂乃血卟啉衍生物(HpD)针剂,我们用扬州光叶啉(YHpD,扬州生物化学制药厂生产)为光敏剂,本品为红褐色无菌澄清溶液,浓度为5mg/ml。4℃以下避光保存。光源采用氩离子激光泵浦的DCM染料激光器(襄樊市激光研究所提供),氩离子激光器输出功率为3~5W,染料激光器输出功率为450~660mW,光纤输出端染料激
In collaboration with the Laser Research Institute of Xiangfan City in 1986, photodynamic therapy (photodynamic therapy, PDT for short) was used to treat 6 cases of cancer patients and obtained certain results. The report is as follows. Materials and Methods Clinical Data All 6 patients were cancer patients who were confirmed by pathological examination in our hospital and were not treated with other methods (see Table 1). The photosensitizer is a hematoporphyrin derivative (HpD) injection. We use Yangzhou photophylloline (YHpD, manufactured by Yangzhou Biochemical Pharmaceutical Factory) as a photosensitizer. This product is a red-brown, sterile, clear solution with a concentration of 5 mg/ml. Keep it below 4°C from light.
