目的　探讨儿童甲状腺机能亢进症 (简称甲亢 )的外科治疗效果。方法　以心得安加卢戈氏液作为术前准备 ,对 5 3例甲亢患儿行双侧甲状腺次全切除术。结果　本组无手术死亡 ,无神经损伤 ,不需输血 ,住院时间短 (平均 15 6d) ,术后恢复快。 39例获得随访 6个月～ 4 5年 ,甲亢治愈率 10 0 % ,无复发及甲状腺功能低下现象 ,术后发育正常。结论　手术治疗儿童甲亢疗效迅速确切 ,不影响其生长发育。 Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of hyperthyroidism in children (referred to as hyperthyroidism). Methods The experience of Angarugus solution was used as a preoperative preparation for subtotal thyroidectomy in 53 children with hyperthyroidism. Results In this group, there was no operative death, no nerve injury, no blood transfusion, short hospital stay (average 15 6 days) and fast recovery after operation. 39 cases were followed up for 6 months to 45 years, the cure rate of hyperthyroidism 100%, no recurrence and hypothyroidism, postoperative normal development. Conclusion Surgical treatment of hyperthyroidism in children with rapid and precise effect, does not affect its growth and development.
