目的:研究鳄嘴花全草的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱、高效液相色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从鳄嘴花干燥全草的85%乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:羽扇豆醇(1)、豆甾醇(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、β-谷甾酮(4)、β-sitosterol palmitate(5)、(9E,11Z)-14-hydroxyotadecan-9,11-dienoic acid(6)、13-hydroxy-(9Z,11E,15E)-octadecatrienoic acid(7)、2,3-hydroxypropyl-(9Z,12Z)-octadecadienoate(8)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(9)、邻苯二甲酸二正戊酯(10)。结论:其中,化合物4~10为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物4~8、10为首次从爵床科植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of the whole crocodile flower. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column, high performance liquid chromatography and recrystallization. The structures of compounds were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Ten compounds were isolated from the 85% ethanol extract of Alligator osmanthus dried wholegrass and identified as lupine (1), stigmasterol (2), β-sitosterol (3), β- Β-sitosterol palmitate (5), (9E, 11Z) -14-hydroxyotadecan-9,11-dienoic acid (6), 13- hydroxy- (9Z, 11E, 15E) -octadecatrienoic acid ), 2,3-hydroxypropyl- (9Z, 12Z) -octadecadienoate (8), dibutyl phthalate (9), di-n-pentyl phthalate (10). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 4 ~ 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 4 ~ 8,10 were isolated from Cannaceae for the first time.
